AI PTZ Dome — NDAA-Eligible 4 MP
The premium NDAA-compliant PTZ. 4 MP at 50 fps, 10× optical zoom (4.7–47 mm, F1.6–F3.0), continuous 360° pan and 0–90° tilt. Delivers colour at night down to 0.20 lux. An on-camera deep-learning processor runs object analytics for human and vehicle classification. Deploys on traffic-signal heads and lamp columns via the NW custom aluminium bracket, and on CCTV poles via standard pendant kit.
PTZ coverage on any street infrastructure.
The same premium 4 MP PTZ deploys in three contexts — fitted to traffic-signal heads and lamp columns via the NW custom aluminium bracket, and to dedicated CCTV poles via a standard pendant kit. One camera, three deployment options, the same coverage capability everywhere.
The camera delivers colour images down to 0.20 lux using a 1/3″ sensor at F1.6 — no IR illuminator needed. Wide dynamic range keeps high-contrast scenes balanced. 10× optical zoom across 4.7–47 mm lets a single camera move from wide situational overview to plate-level detail.
Edge AI on the camera. A dedicated AI SoC with a deep-learning accelerator runs object analytics — human and vehicle detection and classification — directly on the device. A built-in application platform hosts additional third-party AI applications. Smart bandwidth compression cuts data load without losing detail. A hardware security module provides device-level cybersecurity.
NDAA-compliant European manufacture — eligible for public-sector, defence and other restricted-procurement deployments. PoE+ 802.3at infrastructure.

What the hardware does.
Continuous 360° pan, 10× optical zoom
The camera offers continuous 360° endless pan with no stop position and 0–90° tilt, both at 1.8° to 150°/s. 10× optical zoom across 4.7–47 mm with autofocus moves the same camera from a 54° wide situational view through to a 5° narrow detail view in seconds.
Up to 100 preset positions, guard-tour patrols, control queue, on-screen directional indicator. Three scene profiles (indoor, outdoor, forensic) tune image settings to the deployment. AI auto-tracking follows moving subjects automatically.
Wide dynamic range delivers full-colour detail in scenes with both bright and dark areas — headlight glare alongside deep shadow at a signalled junction.
Three deployment contexts, two mounting solutions
For traffic-signal heads and lamp columns, NW supplies a custom aluminium bracket — slim profile, matching the finish of host street furniture, meeting structural and wind-load expectations. The same custom bracket programme as the CA-1100 and CA-1110.
For dedicated CCTV poles, the camera fits a standard pendant kit — direct overhead hang with cabling concealed through the spigot, the conventional approach for top-of-pole installations.
Bracket specified per site by the NW design team. Compatible with standard 24 V DC and PoE+ 802.3at power feeds already present at most signal-head, lamp-column and CCTV-pole sites.
Edge AI — object analytics on the camera
A dedicated AI SoC includes a deep-learning accelerator. On-camera object analytics runs directly on the device — humans and vehicles detected and classified granularly without any external compute. Events publish via ONVIF and the camera's REST API for SenseView consumption.
A built-in application platform hosts additional third-party AI applications. Smart bandwidth compression cuts data and storage requirements without compromising image quality. A hardware security module provides device-level cybersecurity — secure boot, signed firmware, encrypted device-to-server communication.
For workflows that require classifiers heavier than the on-camera processor can handle, the camera streams full 4 MP video into a NW Nvidia AI box (Mode C) where SenseView's full analytics stack runs.
Three ways the CA-1130 plugs in.
The CA-1130 supports all three NW deployment modes. Mode A for operator-driven CCTV. Mode B for on-camera AI events feeding SenseView. Mode C for full-stream AI analytics via the NW Nvidia AI box.
Capture & stream
Live 4 MP stream to control-room or roadside NVR, or directly to SenseView. Operator-driven PTZ control via joystick, web client or SenseView UI. Three streams output simultaneously. Three scene profiles (indoor, outdoor, forensic) tune image settings per deployment.
On-camera AI events → SenseView
The camera's on-camera processor runs object analytics — humans and vehicles detected on the device. Events publish via ONVIF and the camera's REST API, consumed by SenseView for counting, classification and alerting. Additional analytics via third-party apps on the camera's application platform for specialised workflows.
Video → AI box → SenseView
Full 4 MP video to NW Nvidia AI box for heavier classifiers — ANPR with DVLA cross-reference, journey-time analytics, virtual loops, queue detection, multi-camera correlation. The full SenseView analytics stack runs from the AI box.
